I had perfectly pleasant stay, the place is beautifully decorated and luxurious!
The atmosphere created was exclusive. The location was incredible and convenient, just next door to the centre of shopping, eating, and the fabulous buzz of Bangkok, Bangkok, next to the shopping mall Siam paragon and the street market rather than a holiday breakfast. It also was very close to the shopping area.

Good location and well decor lobby. Drop off service by cart to shopping area was excellent.
I request for 3 pm check out but they donot allow. Our flight time was 7 pm we suffer a lot. From bangkok most of departures are after 6 pm hotel peoples have to understand this. I always use intercontinental hotel they allow late check out 4 pm.

direct access to shopping center, beautiful hotel architecture, multiple dining options
The pool area feels a bit crowded during peak hours!!! The shower door design is clunky and could use a refresh to improve accessibility!!!

Excellent
Food, I used to stay at the conrad, and the food there is in a deferant planet. The menu is soooooo big there it make you eat deferant food every meal for as long as you stay. I think they should do the same at kempinski

The cabana room we had was fantastic with
Direct pool access, spaciousness, and a well-stocked minibar. Staff were attentive, especially Ms. Dew, who provided exemplary service. A downside was the noise from the surrounding area during the night, which affected our sleep.

Just a well-suited match for a cursory stop in Bangkok with really good value. The friendly staff, especially in the kids club, made our kids feel at home. Check the pool situation. It's a bit odd with separate sections.

We liked the place and scrumptious breakfast in it.
The hotel was big size with a magnificent and incredible location really close to the finest malls in Thailand, Bangkok midtown, and the city centre. The staff were respectful and the services were good! The breakfast had a wide range of options, including tea and cakes.
