The cabana room we had was fantastic with

direct pool access, spaciousness, and a well-stocked minibar. Staff were incredibly attentive, especially Ms. Dew, who provided exemplary service. A downside was the noise from the surrounding area during the night, which affected our sleep.

just returned from a lovely 2-night stay at kempinski! the deluxe balcony room was spacious, clean, and had a serene atmosphere. the staff was exceptional, especially khun sirintra at check-in who made us feel welcome. the gorgeous swimming pools were perfect for relaxing. they also provided refreshing cold drinks to guests by the pool!

I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at the Executive Lounge. Access to great snacks and attentive staff made meals special. The room had a stunning view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. However, the shower door design posed challenges leaving the shower, especially for older guests. This could lead to inconvenience for some guests. Despite this, the overall service was excellent and made up for the minor hiccup. The location offered easy access to explore the city.
